RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

Dr Case would like you to be happy with the purchases that you make.  As a consumer, you are protected by our Return & Exchange policies, if you are not happy about your purchase, you can return item(s) purchased on drcase.com.au for any reason within the 30 days from the date you received your order.

• All returns must be received within 30 days of the purchase date.
• Gift cards can not be returned and are not redeemable for cash.
• Please ensure all items are packaged securely and arrive back to us in their original, unused condition. Including tags, boxes, casing, etc. We reserve the right to deny any item that does not meet these requirements.
• Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email from our team.
• If you claim a free gift with your order and return your items for a refund, the free gift must also be returned. 
• Refunds for returned items will be issued to the original payment method you used when placing your order.
• Shipping charges are NOT refundable. (if any)

Exchange
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, please make a separate purchase for the new item, and once the return is accepted, refunds for returned items will be sent to the original method that you used to pay for your order.
